parental units

okay! this was the trip of a lifetime and I really cannot ever describe how many dreams came true while they were BOTH here. I’ll elaborate more at some point, but first – it would be remiss of us to not acknowledge and thank the incredible medical team(s) that have kept mom alive and helped get her stable enough to make this happen. All of the research, trial and error, and belief in her fighting spirit has made the last 9 years semi-manageable (some months are better than others, as are some days), and above all, something to continue to fight for.
